This passage compares how you can distinguish a person that is neat and a person that is sloppy. The passage describes how a sloppy person will do different thing everyday for example one day you can fix your closet and the next you can clean your fridge. They’ll actually clean their desk but then in two weeks they’ll end up with the same mess they had. Sloppy people have an open heart; they also aim really high and wide. They don’t like to throw away things that can actually be useful in another time. In another hand, neat people are basically the opposite. They’ll throw away anything that doesn’t that they don’t need. Neat people are known to be lazier and meaner to people. They can’t borrow anything from them because they think you might bring it back different. For example, in the mail if they get advertisement they’ll throw it away, clip out coupons in the trash, even catalogs. The only thing they care about is there bills and taxes. They prefer to sell furniture when moving instead of taking them with them. So basically a sloppy person would give you a scrapbook they made while a neat person will try to sell you a drainer.
